Make LED Strip Connector IP68 Rated by Glue Protection

The low voltage outdoor led strip is covered by silicon tube which makes the soldering a hard work especially when you need to maintain the IP rating.  The users have to cut and remove the glue covering the sodering pad before soldering connection. After that the extra protection must be done well in order to protect the soldering point.

Operation Steps

1. Fill the end cap with 10mm glue
2. Insert and push the led strip, making sure the glue is extruded out through the gap
3. Add glue to the wire terminal port
4. Wait 30 minutes for glue to dry
