Brief Info
- A wiring terminal that connects loose wire to a standard DC 5.5×2.1 barrel connector without soldering - available in both male (plug) and female (jack) versions.
- Commonly used to wire loose leads from LED power supplies or security/CCTV equipment onto a DC 5.5×2.1 barrel connector on site, or to re-terminate or extend an existing DC run.
- A screw clamps the conductor for a firm, pull-resistant hold - suited to vibration or long-term fixed installs.
- Back off the screw to swap the wire or reuse the terminal; wiring direction and length are decided on site.
